Text Box: Salvation: The city was built on a slightly elevated plateau with a large river flowing around it on all sides. It is home to about 30 to 40 thousand people. Much of the city is still in construction, with the poorer areas still just tents and wagons. The city is full of different races and professions. The most unusual inhabitants of Salvation are the undead found all over. They handle everything from waste detail, construction, guard duty and even tavern help. The ones in highly public areas are given spells of preservation to prevent the decay normally associated with the undead. Throughout the city, people can be found with a mystical Z tattooed onto the back of their neck. The Z represents the symbol of Zuul and his temple of death. People with this mark have sold their bodies to the temple of Zuul so that upon their death, they will be reanimated and put to work along with the rest of the undead workforce.

Then, a large tyrannosaurus, driven insane by an infestation of brain parasites, stumbled upon the N’gharl Seed, mistook it for food, and ate it. The seed instantly transformed the dinosaur into a horrendously powerful being named Azuvidexus.
His madness cured by the transformation, Azuvidexus became a truly terrible incarnation of Abyssal might. The condensed layer became known as the N’gharl Seed, and it was cast out of the Abyss and onto the Astral Plane by these deities. They promptly forgot it existed, and eventually it found its way to the Prime Material Plane.
Once it arrived here, a curious thing happened. As Azuvidexus wandered, the N’gharl Seed inside him continued to warp and transform the terrain around him to a radius of 10 miles, creating the appearance of a mobile jungle. Word of this terrible region spread quickly, and both adventurers and cultists-to-be were drawn to it. The place became known as the Crawling Jungle.
